You may use this form if you wish to know if you are eligible to apply for a NZ permanent resident or work visa, in which case we can assist you with your New Zealand visa application.

A US$100 fee applies for processing your assessment, for which you will receive a comprehensive report of 17 pages. Upon submission of this form, a payment facility will automatically open.

Your assessment will be processed and the result (a comprehensive report, outlining all your options) will be send to you within 2 New Zealand working days. Please mind the time difference between New Zealand and your home country.
The result of your assessment will be sent to the email address that you provide below.

If your spouse/partner will be included in the visa application if eligible, please fill out that section of the Assessment Form as well.
Spouse/partner is invited to use this form for a separate assessment. This partner form will be assessed free of charge.
